Friday Favorites

Friday, already?! I am definitely not complaining about this week flying by, that’s for sure 🙂 We FINALLY have a full weekend at home with little plans and I’ve never been more excited. Tonight I have a date with the couch and Jurassic World (anyone seen it?) and a big bowl of popcorn. Holla!

Let’s talk favorites.

This Workout: Total Body Gym Workout

I’ve never done kettlebell sit-ups before this workout– they are tough!

This Recipe: Chipotle Apple Sweet Potato Salad

Just do yourself a favor and make this.

This Album: Eric Church- Mr. Misunderstood

Love this guy. Mr. Church dropped a surprise album the night of the CMAs and I have been listening to it ever since. With a new album, comes new tour dates? Maybe? Just maybe?

This Snack: That’s It Fruit bars

The folks at That’s It sent me a sample pack of bars to try and let’s just say they didn’t last very long. I particularly enjoyed the fact that I could pack a few in my purse when I was traveling and they were perfect for a little snack before a workout too. I love the fact that you get two whole servings of fruit from just one bar and they only use natural, non-GMO fruit. That’s it!

This Store: Madewell

How have I never heard of this store? I stumbled across it while in San Francisco and fell in love. I only bought this necklace and a pair of earrings, but their clothes are super cute too.

What are your favorites this week? Plans for the weekend?

  1. Love that necklace! Our weekend has a few plans but nothing too crazy. After all your traveling, I’m sure the couch will be great tonight! I need to try that workout!

  2. Okay I’m glad I’m not the only one super excited about the new Eric Church album! My husband and I binge-listened to it last night, it’s good! There are a couple really awesome songs on it 🙂 Have a good weekend!

  3. I love that necklace! I’ve heard of Madewell, but never really looked too much into it. Probably because I follow so many bloggers/vloggers in California so they shop there. 🙂

  4. I have yet to listen to the new Eric Church album but I need to! Definitely something I am going to do this weekend. That workout looks great! Turkish get ups are no joke, even the half get-ups can be tough. Have a great weekend!

    • Let me know how you like the new album! And I agree that half Turkish get-ups are hard especially after you are tired!
