Friday Favorites

TGIF! Besides getting my long run over with before the weekend (18 miles this morning, oofta!), here’s what else I am loving lately…

This Recipe: Buffalo Chicken Casserole

I haven’t made this yet, but I have a feeling I am going to fall head over heels…

Paint Nite

The 2-hour Paint Nite painting parties are held with 25 people in attendance who follow the step-by-step instructions of one master local artist. I thought it was going to be really difficult but they all ended up pretty decent, plus I got to hang out with my girlfriends!

Hilarious and so true…

This Little Guy: Maxton.

My little nephew’s due date was actually today but he is already one month old! I can’t get enough.

We are headed to our eighth wedding of the year tomorrow, and they are such a blast! We also had one last weekend in our college town of La Crosse and it was absolutely gorgeous.

What are you up to this weekend? What have you been loving lately?

  1. WHOA that casserole looks amazing!!! And your nephew is all kinds of precious!! Love his name too!

  2. I’m saving that recipe link! Sounds good! I have a list started for winter activities, and wine & paint nights are on it!

  3. That graph is SO ME!!!!

  4. Now I want that casserole! It looks delicious! Maxton is adorable. I’m so glad he’s home and doing well!

  5. I’ve been wanting to try paint nite for forever! My art skills are nonexistent but it seems like the classes aren’t too intimidating 🙂

  6. I have always wanted to do paint night with my girlfriends. They look so fun! I would especially enjoy a BYOB session, although I’m not sure how my painting wound turn out 🙂

  7. I have my 18 miler this morning so I am glad I read your blog first while I coffee load. It gives me a little more motivation knowing you just completed it yesterday! I was just saying how sad I am that I haven’t been to any weddings this year, and you have been to 8! I love it! I think I am getting to the age where all my friends are married. I just need to make more friends who are not married I guess. #problemsolved I love the introvert chart. that was so me after full days of non stop interaction on my work trip last week!

  8. Maxton is such a cute and original name, I love it and it fits him perfectly!

  9. You’re my running hero 🙂 Hope you had a great time at the wedding this weekend!
